Welcome to Think Property HQ!

Think Property HQ was founded by a small team who helps buyers from all backgrounds to purchase property in the Hills District and North West Sydney.

Our beginnings came from many of our friends and family who would constantly ask us about how to invest in property, how to buy property and even to help them at points of time in the process of their property buying journey. In Australia, we know that investing in property is essentially a national sport. This more or less means every person will try to either own or invest in property at some point of time in their life.

Whether you are buying a home to live in, to invest, to develop or a combination of those reasons, we know it can be a daunting experience. While we are used to everything costing money, for some reason in the Australian property market, everything seems to have an extra 0 at the end of the price tag!

The marketing around us always seem to make fun of it and say the cost might only be “the cost of a cup of coffee a week to afford this”. Don’t worry, we understand that this is a big decision for you and there are many expenses that you don’t want to waste your money!

Here at Think Property HQ, we have several goals:

• Help empower our clients with confidence in purchasing a property whether for themselves to live in or to invest.
• Help educate Australians (and people looking to buy property in Australia) on the different types of strategies that are available and can be used in property investing in Australia (there are a lot!)
• Provide our personal opinions and experiences on the different resources, tools, providers, services, real estate investment courses, and books available in Australian real estate. (You may agree or disagree with our opinion, we are just providing what we personally experienced.)
• Highlight all the resources and tools that are available to help make researching and decision making easier when it comes to buying (or renting) property.

Overall, we want to be able to help you and provide you with confidence and help develop your own opinion to property and real estate investing in Australia.

Our process aims to educate and provide you with a smooth experience to help save time and minimise any stress. Our focus is always on helping you, the buyer. Our process is thorough and we want to partner with you on your property journey.
